The air conditioning could use an upgrade!!! The flickering light over the bed was quite annoying. Plus, my so-called courtyard view was a joke. And paying extra for towels? Quite ridiculous!!! Better facilities are a must!!!

I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the bustling Liverpool ONE shopping area and just a short walk to the stunning pier head, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable. the staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere during my stay.

The room was decent size but the bathroom had frosted glass, giving no privacy.

We had an amazing time visiting Knowsley Safari Park, and the proximity to family-friendly attractions made our stay even better. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and they even adjusted our room to make it more convenient with four babies in tow.

My wife says that the room could use a few more family-oriented amenities, like extra seating or storage space for our kids' gear.

The room was clean and had a comfy bed, which was nice. But it felt a bit basic with limited storage space and just a couple coat hooks instead of a wardrobe. The window could've used a clean, too. Had some issues with the TV channels missing. it worked for a short stay but nothing fancy.

Great for a couple's getaway

The staff were really friendly and helped me find my way around, gave directions to nice spots near by. The bathroom was newly refurbished, good quality fittings, towels were great too even if the room was small.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for what we got it was still ok.

We stayed for one night and found it super convenient. The location is spot on for hitting shops and bars, and after a night out, the bed was comfy enough for a decent sleep. The staff were nice too! Just a shame the lift was out of order, so we had to trek up the stairs with our bags.
